This marketing agency co-op will offer you the opportunity to grow your new business in an affordable incubator atmosphere with direct referrals from the BES staff, access to instant clients that are growing their businesses in the 52 incubator offices in 5 locations (Detroit Lakes, Frazee, Perham, New York Mills and Hawley) and a referral system that allows for a win-win for you.

These 5 office spaces are offered only to applicants suited for a marketing agency co-op (i.e. – marketing, advertising, public relations professional services, photographer, web designer, graphic artist, writer, etc.) and must agree to the following:

⌂ your business will be marketed to the outside public as an ‘agency’

⌂ referral business from BES staff, SCORE, SBDC and tenants will be compensated to BES at the rate of 15% of all billable services provided during the time of your lease with BES

⌂ referral business will be given a priority

Professional Office Furniture Desk, File Cabinet, Office Chair and Side Chair Use of Class Rooms/Conference Ctr $50 ½ day and $100 full day based on availability

Fridge/Microwave/Coffee Pot No Charge

Professional Waiting and Reception No Charge

Referral Agreement 15% of all referred services/clients
